Party Policies & Guidelines:
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review the following important details:
🎈 1. Early Arrival for Setup
You are welcome to arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled party time for setup. Please refrain from arriving before this complimentary setup period.
🎁 2. Pre-Event Setup Assistance
For added convenience, you may bring extra decorations or items a couple of days before your event. Our party assistant can assist with setting everything up to create a beautifully arranged space upon your arrival. ⚠️ Prohibited Items: Indoor piñatas, table confetti, and no ceiling hanging decor. A written authorization is required to bring extra tables and chairs.
🍽️ 3. Food & Additional Supplies
If you plan to provide food for your guests, please bring extra plates, cups, napkins, and utensils (forks/spoons) to accommodate everyone. Additional plates and napkins may be purchased for a fee.
⚠️ Prohibited Items: For the safety of all guests, the use of small electric appliances, food warmers, or chafing fuel food warmers is strictly prohibited.
🎂 4. Cake & Presents Timing
We recommend scheduling cake cutting and present opening as the final activity of your event. The play area will be temporarily closed for the last 10 minutes to facilitate a seamless transition at the conclusion of your party.
🛍️ 5. Dessert/Gift Cart & Backdrop Options
Utilize our dessert/gift cart for added convenience. We also offer a backdrop wall with a removable frame (10ft high x 7ft wide), which you are welcome to personalize with photos or your backdrop to create a unique and memorable setting.
🧦 6. Guest Requirements
Waiver Requirement: All guests must sign a waiver before participating.
Socks Required: All children and adults are required to wear socks while in the play area.
👨👩👧👦 7. Guest Count & Additional Fees
Final Headcount: Please confirm your final headcount to help us with staffing and preparation.
Additional Guests: You may add more guests for an additional fee. The total number of attendees cannot exceed the maximum capacity limit of 52 persons.

$5 per adult guest
⏰ 8. End Time & Cleanup Policy
Event Conclusion: Your party is scheduled to conclude at the specified time agreed upon during booking.
Prompt Departure: Please vacate the venue within the 15-minute grace period to allow our staff to prepare for the next event. Failure to adhere to this timeline may result in a $55 additional fee.
Decoration Cleanup: If you plan to use elaborate decorations, please allow sufficient time for cleanup to avoid exceeding your allocated time.
Food Cleanup: Our team provides basic cleanup of the party room and play area after your event. If excessive food, cake, or other debris is found on the floor, we kindly ask that you take a moment to clean it up to help maintain a clean and safe environment for all guests.
🚫 9. CANCELLATIONS
A $25 cancellation fee will apply in addition to the non-refundable deposit, unless the cancellation is due to natural emergencies.
Deposit Policy:
The $65 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Notice Period:
To avoid additional charges, a minimum of 2 weeks' email notice is required for cancellations.
📅10. Rescheduling:
The EVENT must be rescheduled within 30-DAY period and communicated via email or will incur a $25 fee.
