Event Cancellation Policy
At Layla's Little Neighborhood we strive to offer the best experience for our events. We understand that plans can change, and therefore, we have outlined our cancellation policy to ensure clarity and fairness.
Notification and Reimbursement Policy:
Cancellation Notice:
Cancellations must be communicated via email to welcome@laylaslittleneighborhood.com no later than 3 days prior to the scheduled date of the event.
Reimbursement:
If a cancellation notice is received within the specified timeframe, a full refund of any fees paid will be issued.
No refunds will be issued for cancellation notices received less than 3 days before the event.
No Exceptions:
This policy applies uniformly to all participants and events.
Due to the nature of our business, we regret that no exceptions can be made, regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

Please direct all cancellation emails to welcome@laylaslittleneighborhood.com. Ensure the subject line includes "Event Cancellation" and provide details of your event registration in the email.
Note: The 3-day notice period is calculated from the date of the event, not including the day of the event itself. For example, if your event is scheduled for Friday, the latest you can cancel to receive a refund is by the end of the day on Tuesday.
