GET OUT PASS POLICY

1 Admission per child pass holder

The GETOUT pass holder child whose name is registered on the pass. The pass is not valid for entry for any other child or adult accompanying the pass holder.
Each child within the specified age range (6 months to 6 years) must have their own valid GETOUT pass for entry. One pass is required per child, and the pass is non-transferable.
Parents or guardians holding a GETOUT pass are not permitted to use their pass for entry on behalf of any child who falls within the age range of 6 months to 6 years.
Each child between the ages of 6 months and 6 years must pay the regular admission fee for entry to the playground if they do not possess their own valid GETOUT pass.
The GETOUT pass is non-transferable and cannot be shared among multiple children, regardless of their age.
A WAIVER must be signed before entering the playground, all parents, guardians, or caregivers bringing children must sign a liability waiver on behalf of the child.
The GETOUT pass must be presented at the entry desk for verification before allowing the child to enter the playground.
The GETOUT pass is only valid for regular open-play entry and does not grant access to special events or exclusive activities.

To qualify for the discount, the customer must have a confirmed and paid reservation or deposit for a birthday party event.
The 10% discount will be applied at the end of the birthday party event after all services and amenities included in the party package have been provided.
